Jewel and Travis were very helpful. Had an amazing stay. Housekeeping always took care of my room. Great location in Brooklyn and close to many attractions and metro stations.

Nice hotel reasonably priced and with a decent breakfast. Good location. Especially enjoyed reading about the local artists who designed/made decorations/artwork for the hotel.

Stayed 4 nights for a conference nearby. It was much more affordable then most of the hotels near conference site yet the quality was strong. It was a cute smaller hotel, nicely decorated, friendly staff. Hotel space & room were clean. It was not a fancy place but they did lots of little things to make it look good & have an enjoyable stay. Full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & lotion in the bathroom instead of the normal tiny tubes you get. Continental breakfast, cookies in the evening. Fruit coffee tea lemon or cucumber water available all day. Great neighborhood & location next to Atlantic Avenue with lots of cool businesses.

The rooms need a serious upgrade.. the rooms smells like the age of the building..lol (old smell)… for the price I paid for two days.. they should of value their customers more better.. the The breakfast should be better.. real cooked eggs instead of hard boiled eggs a better selection of breakfast everything is cold… I had a reservation at a an expensive restaurant that took me a day to get a reservation for cause it’s so packed and backed up… I miss my reservation time at this restaurant due to the inground parking service. They have a car got stuck in the parking garage and was stuck for over an hour, which caused me to lose by a reservation. The hotel didn’t even reimburse me for the the loss of my reservation due to the parking garage…

Nice and clean place, well maintained. Can’t say much about the view since my room was on the 2nd floor and mostly faced some stored items outside, but overall it’s a decent hotel. I loved the spacious setup and the blackboard with chalks such a creative touch that really grabbed my attention.

We booked NU Hotel to go with a concert "date night" to celebrate the end of some health challenges. Due to a work commitment we had to switch days and ended up having dinner on Smith Street days later and then going to the hotel. The location is great for a night out in Boerum Hill or Downtown Brooklyn. The manager is fantastic....responsive, kind, warm, and really helpful with everything from suggestions for parking to his approach to general hospitality. We live in Brooklyn and made this a local staycation and will do so again. The rooms with the murals are lovely. The bed was comfortable. I had originally opted not to pay for a mural room but I'm glad we ended up in one. The fourth floor view is really lovely at night; they offer recycling bins and quality toiletries too. Room was quiet.....which can be a challenge in Brooklyn so it's clearly well thought out. We didn't stay for the continental breakfast because we had to get home for work but it looked lovely too. Mini bar and coffee in room were nice (our room had a microwave and a red refrigerator which is really nice for leftovers.)

Great location with easy access to the subway. We stayed in the three bed room - a twin bunk bed and full bed - and had plenty of room for 3 adults in the beds plus enough room on the floor for an inflatable twin mattress, with room to spare. Cool decor and friendly check in staff. Fair value for the room too. The place was quiet and the walls were soundproof.

I was in the lobby during a busy breakfast rush and Christy handled multiple guests, an interruption, and a missing-item inquiry with calm professionalism. She remained respectful, organized, and attentive to everyone without losing composure. Her ability to de-escalate tension and still assist each guest efficiently made the environment feel calm and well-managed. Excellent customer service!!

Great stay, spacious rooms and nice location in Brooklyn. Breakfast was great as well! Free rental bikes are available, highly recommend using them!

I had a wonderful stay at Nu Hotel Brooklyn! The staff were genuinely courteous and always ready to help, which made me feel right at home. My room was spotless and tastefully decorated. I especially loved the quirky, colorful hallways—they added so much personality and fun to the whole experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that’s both comfortable and full of Brooklyn charm!
